Why we’re supporting Christina
Christina Fraga-Saenz aged out of LA County foster care and built her life in the Antelope Valley, where she has lived for 28 years. She is the widow of a Vietnam veteran, a Palmdale Housing Authority commissioner, and a founding member of the Desert Dumping Task Force, which has hauled away more than 5,000 tons of illegally dumped trash.
On the water board, she will protect a reliable water supply, make decisions in the open, and spend ratepayers' money responsibly. She has already shown up for this community for years.
