Why we’re supporting Wendy
Wendy Wang came to the United States at six and was raised by a single mother. She went to San Gabriel's public schools and has spent nearly nine years as an in-home caregiver and proud SEIU Local 2015 member.
She is asking the question San Gabriel residents keep asking: we're paying more, so where is the money going? Wendy will push for open bidding, clear city finances and resident oversight. Working families need someone at City Hall who answers to them.
